About Riksgränsen

Riksgränsen, on the Norwegian border in Swedish Lapland far above the Arctic Circle, is Sweden's northernmost ski resort and famous for its long spring season and skiing under the midnight sun into late June. Reached by the Ofoten railway, it offers around 30 km of marked pistes rising to about 910 m, but is best known for vast, accessible off-piste and freeride terrain, ski touring and heli-skiing in dramatic Arctic surroundings. A small resort village, a ski school, rentals, guiding, restaurants and a legendary spring atmosphere make it a bucket-list destination for adventurous skiers.
